AI-Driven Business Innovation: Strategy, Human–AI Collaboration and Responsible Transformation (AIBI)
I. Objectives
Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly generative AI (GenAI), is transforming how organisations innovate, compete, make decisions and create value. This special session provides an interdisciplinary forum for researchers, educators and industry practitioners to examine the strategic, organisational and human dimensions of AI-enabled business transformation. It invites evidence-based research on how businesses can move beyond experimentation with AI tools towards responsible implementation, measurable value creation and effective human–AI collaboration.
The session aims to connect both current and emerging AI and GenAI capabilities with business strategy and practice; examine the opportunities, limitations and risks of AI-supported decision-making; and advance practical frameworks for responsible adoption, governance and organisational change. Particular emphasis is placed on maintaining human judgement, agency and accountability in AI-enabled business processes.
II. Scope
