3. Registration and Fee Payment Guidelines
- Registration Fee Policy
– The registration fee is calculated based on the First Author or the Corresponding Author of each paper.
– The Presenter may be any co-author listed in the paper. Accepted papers must be presented to be included in the Springer CCIS proceedings. - Mandatory Registration and Payment
– Each accepted paper must complete registration and pay the required fee.
– Papers without completed registration and payment by the deadline will be excluded from the conference proceedings, regardless of acceptance status. - Invoice Information
– An official invoice will be issued for each registration. Authors must provide accurate and complete invoice information during the registration process.
– The Organizing Committee is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete invoice details. - Registered Participant Benefits
– All participants who have successfully registered and paid will receive an official conference badge.
– The badge will contain the registered personal information and is required for: Access to conference sessions, use of official conference services (check-in, materials, tea breaks, lunch, Gala Dinner, etc.) - Vietnamese Student Author Registration
– This category is only applicable to the First Author or Corresponding Author.
– Eligible applicants: Undergraduate students, Master’s students
– Applicants must submit valid and current supporting documents (e.g., student ID, enrollment confirmation).
– Ph.D. candidates are NOT eligible for this registration category. - Important Deadline
– All registrations and payments must be completed by January 30, 2026.
– After this time, papers will not be included in the conference proceedings. - Additional Context
– ICCIES 2026 is scheduled for April 2–4, 2026 in Nha Trang, Vietnam at Ton Duc Thang University’s Nha Trang Campus.
